Design Beats is a daily digital publication offering readers worldwide a selection of design-related content from a multidisciplinary and global perspective. Each edition is produced by FAD itself or by guests, and the content is selected daily from more than 400 blogs and other sites considered to be of interest in this sphere. As a compilation service of news items on design from around the world, Design Beats directs readers to the original source of each one of the selected contents and is always open to bringing in new sources of information. This document only makes reference to the conditions of use of this Website and excludes any other FAD activities or websites.
This Website shall allow users to consult the list of sources that issue content of interest (influencers), subscribe to the newsletter to receive each edition directly via email and propose new sources of interests via a form.
Design Beats reserves the right to modify or change this document with the purpose of bringing it into conformity with the legislation in force at any given time, with the latest jurisprudence and with common market practices. The corresponding notification, in addition to the petition specifying the request and its date, should include stakeholder name and surnames, his or her email and a contact telephone. The details provided should match the current information held on file.
In any event, exercising the rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition is extremely personal in nature and thus any request addressed to FAD in this regard should be made by either the holder of the details or his or her legal representative should the User be incapacitated or by his or her voluntary representative expressly designated for exercising such right. In the two latter cases, the identity of the represented party should be stated in clear and documented evidence by providing a copy of his or her National ID Card or equivalent document as well the representation conferred by the User on his or her representative.
